Instant Delivery: All digital offerings, such as guided sound meditations and downloadable content, are available immediately upon purchase. Once payment is processed, a confirmation email with a download link will be sent to you.

Physical Products

Processing Time: For physical items such as handcrafted singing bowls, mallets, accessories, or any other tangible merchandise, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and will notify you if there are any delays.

Domestic Shipping: For orders within the United States, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost.

International Shipping: We proudly ship to many international destinations. Please note that international shipping times vary based on the destination country and chosen shipping method. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the destination country upon delivery. From time to time, complimentary shipping may be available for select international destinations. Any eligible offers will be automatically applied at checkout.
